What Every Contractor Should Know About Prevailing Wages
-by Deborah Wilder, CCMI President

"I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much I appreciated the diligence and expertise that you provided CVSR.  It was the most value added service we had on our project. Your ability to handle all of the processes with little guidance and to be able to communicate the needs and requirements clearly and keep us focused on the tasks was amazing.  I never once had to be concerned that what needed to happen was not being handled by you.  I know that it was no easy chore with a high value project ($2 Million) but you did your job remarkably under challenging circumstances.  If I ever have compliance/reporting requirements on another project, I will definitely want to have you on the team.  Thanks for everything."
-Dee Kohler, SunPower

Prevailing Wages

CCMI started out in 2002 as one of California's few labor compliance experts - a state home to some of the most complex labor compliance laws in the country.

Today, CCMI serves clients across the United States, from California to Montgomery County, Maryland where we manage labor compliance programs for a $470 million portfolio of construction contracts.

We can implement a client's own labor compliance program or provide our own comprehensive package covering all required services, from reviewing certified payrolls to implementing a local prevailing wage required program to monitoring Davis-Bacon.

Services

We know the importance of your public works projects - from the value they provide to the community to the public relations implications of a project gone awry to the complexity of managing labor compliance and wage reporting. It is not something you would entrust to just any firm.

At CCMI, we are proud to have a hardworking staff made up of individuals with more than 75 years of combined experience working in the trenches of public works and prevailing wage law. This is not a side business for us; it is our livelihood and core expertise.

From small community parks to hundreds of millions of dollars worth of public works initiatives, CCMI's prevailing wage and labor compliance services scale to your needs. Our goal is to give you the assurance of a competent, trusted partner and the peace-of-mind  knowing you and your community's best interests are being looked after.
